Waste to Wealth - thinking outside the box pilot programme in full swing.
The last couple of Sundays, @sephinysmart and Big Phil have continued engaging the kids. We have continued working with waste fabric donated by @maalee_ng and it is lovely to see just how much more the kids are getting done in an hour and a half.
They pair up, discuss their creative vision and make a start on their piece together. The older ones help the younger ones to complete it showing leadership, mentoring and an ability to communicate a vision.
We are incredibly proud of the kids for turning up every week, doing their best and starting to see waste differently, especially in this age.
With #cop26 ongoing, every little bit we can do as individuals to help sustainability of our environment helps.
We are almost ready to start working on definitive pieces to showcase soon.
